The variety pack is one of the largest product lines within the Wet Food division in the Merrick portfolio. While pets benefit from the wide range of delicious and nutritious food, pet parents benefit from the convenience of purchasing large bundles from both online and on-shelf offered by variety packs.
The objective was to keep the overall package design consistent with the current product. It was important to use packaging creativity to smooth the transition from purchasing individual selections to the new variety pack.
Every variety pack from each sub-brand features its main design elements and highlights the contents to make it stand out on the shelves. The overall aesthetic was kept consistent with the brand identity while maintaining each one's personality.
